訳すのはちょっと難しいですけど暇な時があればやってみます。

実はこれNYの病院に入院してた患者さんが書いたんです。

彼女は癌で入院してたんですけど、この詩をメールで送ったのは彼女の担当医なんですと。

よく病気でメールが誰かに送られるたびお金がもらえるので助けてくださいってメールは来ますけど

これは「お金とか関係なくただ誰かに読んで欲しい」っていう担当医の想いなんです。
